Last week global water and fueling systems provider, Franklin Electric, named Julie Scheck Freigang as Chief Information Officer. Freigang, known for her more than 20 years of business and IT industry leadership experience, will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, projects and processes.
She will report directly to Gregg Sengstack, Franklin Electric’s President and CEO.
Business & IT Industry Leadership
Prior to joining Franklin Electric, Freigang served as Vice President of Information Technologies at Eaton, an energy solutions company she had been with since 1992 when she joined as a product engineer.
From 2007-2010 Freigang held a series of positions in the quality and operational excellence functions before returning to IT as Vice President, IT Operational Excellence and Site Infrastructure Support. In 1996, Freigang founded a small software company which was acquired in 2002.
Freigang earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Valparaiso University in Indiana.
