Customer Success Support is an extension of Customer Success. This team offers technical support and resolves customer requests. They also assist with our many CRM, MAT, API, and other integrations, technical troubleshooting, account customization, and best practices.

This team is responsible for:

  • Technical support
  • Resolving customer requests
  • Professional Services relating to software integrations and account customization
  • Technical and feature assistance for our clients to ensure adoption of best practices
