A RainKing workflow that helps you generate a personalized view of your RainKing account based on your designated territory. By following the workflow, you can align the companies in your territory as well view the contacts and scoops associated with those companies.
How can it help me:
- Create a consolidated view of the companies profiled in RainKing within your territory.
- Identify whitespace companies within your patch.
- Setup daily alerts for new companies, people, or scoops as they are added to RainKing.
- Export company intelligence to Excelor to CRM.
Steps to Create:
Start by clicking on the create a territory link on the RainKing dashboard.
Using the available picklist values Common, Company, People, or Scoops, you can build reports with content specific to your territory. You can use filters to further refine results based on firmographic details (including specific sector/industry information, revenue, employee size, etc.) as needed depending on your unique territory alignment.
Click on “Save Criteria” in the upper right to set this as the default for your daily alert. You’ll also have the option to sign up for alerts when we add other types of content (companies & people) that fit your search criteria.
Click on “Build List” if you’d like to view your results.
After building the list, the output will show results matching your selected criteria. The parameters used to build the search will be shown at the top of the screen and can be modified by clicking on the “Refine Search” button at upper right. We highly recommend saving your searches for future access. You can also set up alerts for new or updated records.
Click on the different tabs to view other content based on the search criteria.
Using the bulk action buttons above the results, you can than export the information to Excel or your CRM (if enabled), Add to or remove from group, or run a segmentation report.
