Anyone who travels in the field can use this RainKing’s workflow to identify companies or contacts within a custom radius. Following the workflow, you can choose the specific distance you would like to travel and refine further on either company or people criteria to target your ideal prospects.
How can it help
- RainKing can help you visually plot the locations where decision makers sit to help plan where you can set up your meetings.
- Identify where multiple decision makers are located across the country.
- View where multiple companies have decision makers in the same office.
Steps to Create
Start by clicking on “Plan a sales trip” on the RainKing dashboard.
Using the available picklist values Common, Company, or People, define the target criteria for building your event list. Criteria selected on this page will be used to build a list of results matching your selections.
Most people who leverage this feature include the Search Radius criteria based on the location of their event as well as keywords and management levels to invite the correct people. The Search Radius criteria is located under Geography.
Saving your Search
We highly recommend saving your search results for easy access to the event criteria you’ve spent time inputting. You also have the option of signing up for alerts when we add new content that fits your search criteria.
Viewing Your Results
Once you have finished selecting criteria and saving, click “Build Map”.
After running the search, the output will show results matching your selected criteria. The parameters used to build the search will be shown at the top of the screen and can be modified by clicking the “Refine Search” button at upper right. We highly recommended saving your searches for future access. You can also set up alerts for new or updated records.
Using the bulk action buttons above the results, you can export the information to Excel, add to list, or adjust screen size.
