RainKing’s Salesforce Native Search functionality allows you to run People, Company or Inside Scoop searches against RainKing without leaving Salesforce.  Records can be imported from RainKing directly inside of Salesforce.

User will be able to perform the following:

  • Perform People, Company or Inside Scoop searches from Rainking inside of your Salesforce.
  • Import People, Company or Inside Scoop records from RainKing inside of your Salesforce.
  • Saved Searches or Lists/Groups created in RainKing also exist under the RainKing Search tab in Salesforce – work created in RainKing also exists in Salesforce.
  • RainKing’s Inside Scoops can be accessed and imported using the RainKing Search tab in Salesforce.

Steps to Setiup:

After installing RainKing’s Salesforce application, customize your Salesforce tabs to add the “RainKing Search” tab to your default view in Salesforce.

Using the RainKing Search tab in Salesforce users can start new People, Company or Inside Scoop searches.

Lists/Groups and Inside Scoops created in RainKing are accessible on the right-hand column on the RainKing Search tab.

People can be imported as Leads or Contacts by selecting “Import to Leads” or “Import to Contacts” from a People search results page.

Companies can be imported as Account by selecting “Import to Accounts” from a Company search results page.

Inside Scoops are imported as tasks along with an imported Lead or Contact by selecting “Task with Leads” or “Task with Contacts” from the “Find the Best Contacts” view of an Inside Scoop.
