If you are seeing a message: “Your Salesforce Organization is not authorized to access RainKing at this time” when attempting to log into RainKing using your Salesforce credentials, this means the authentication between RainKing and Salesforce isn’t configured correctly for your account.

RainKing authenticates with Salesforce by matching on Salesforce Org ID, Email Address and Last Name. If the Salesforce Org ID, Email Address and Last Name listed in RainKing don’t match exactly how they’re listed in your Salesforce the authentication will fail and return this message.

To get this corrected, please send your Salesforce Org ID, Email Address and Last Name, exactly as they’re listed in your Salesforce, to [email protected]
