Our 10-person Learning & Development (L&D) team is responsible for the training and development of all our users. This includes platform navigation, as well as strategic planning to support your individual and company goals:

Training

As a customer, you’ll have access to many training free opportunities through DiscoverOrg.

Onboarding

Our dedicated onboarding team unpacks the details of our platform with you to help customize reporting on your target prospects, best-fit accounts, and opportunities.

Instructor-led trainings

Live webinars and training are taught by our professional, in-house instructors with over 35 years’ combined experience teaching DiscoverOrg how-to’s, tips, and tricks, including prospecting and strategic conversations using the DiscoverOrg platform.

On-demand tutorials

A host of on-demand tutorials helps you navigate the many features, reporting tools of our platform, such as subscribing to Trigger alerts, planning account-based marketing (ABM) and account-based sales development (ABSD) campaigns, cold call and cold email strategy, and more.

The knowledge base

Our customers take advantage of our body of knowledge including our blog, published twice per week; webinars; case studies; datasheets; and a host of other sales and marketing resources.

TiLT

TiLT is a sales certification designed to inspire confidence and develop sales conversation skills for inside sales teams.

The program consists of 10 courses spanning 5 weeks, focusing in the areas of conviction, authenticity, engagement, storytelling, and more. This self-paced eLearning program builds the conversational framework for trust building, the art of persuasion and improvisation, and how to maintain relevance throughout the sales cycle. Certification is free for DiscoverOrg users.

DiscoverOrg also provides onsite training and consulting opportunities for customers.
