New addition enhances sales help support for DiscoverOrg clients
Vancouver, Wash. – June 11, 2014 – DiscoverOrg, a three-time Inc. 500 recipient and provider of technology marketing and sales intelligence tools used by top IT vendors, has named former Salesforce.com analyst Jonathan Chin as its new manager of Salesforce Support and Professional Services.
In this new position, Chin will manage DiscoverOrg’s Salesforce application. On the back end, he will work with developers to ensure that the application provides customers with the greatest usability. Jonathan will also work directly with customers to provide sales help support, guaranteeing each user the best possible experience.

Chin previously served as a senior frontline technical support analyst at Salesforce.com. Prior to that, he worked at NWEA as a partner support specialist. Chin holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from Macalester College.
