Seasoned sales professional will spearhead customer service initiatives to help clients derive maximum value from DiscoverOrg platform

Vancouver, Wash. Sept. 3, 2015 DiscoverOrg (, the leading marketing and sales intelligence solution, has appointed David Sill as the company’s senior vice president of customer success.

Sill brings more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing to this new position, where he will ensure that customers improve operational efficiencies and maximize their investment in the DiscoverOrg platform. Once named one of the top 25 most influential inside sales professionals by AA-ISP, Sill has helped both smaller start-ups and established sales teams leverage the power of effective storytelling.

The customer success team is responsible for enhancing the quality of service and support initiatives and leading customer advocacy programs within DiscoverOrg. Sill will seek to facilitate regular product training and feedback opportunities for customers, maintain high levels of user satisfaction, and increase account retention.

Previously, Sill was the director of inside sales for Zyme Solutions, where he launched the company’s first inside sales function. Sill also worked for PC Helps Support, Inc. (now known as Vitalyst), where he was a DiscoverOrg customer. In this role, he built a sales engine that posted 14 consecutive years of high-margin, YoY revenue growth from inside sales, including two private equity-sponsored liquidity events and one dividend recapitalization.

Sill holds an MBA from Villanova University, a bachelor’s degree in English writing and communications from the University of Pittsburgh and a Doctor of Law degree from The Dickinson School of Law.
