Customer Success Teams

DiscoverOrg’s Customer Success has three parts: A dedicated Customer Support Manager, a Learning & Development team, and technical Customer Success Support.

Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Each DiscoverOrg customer is assigned an individual, dedicated CMS to help identify goals and put the metrics in place to track success. From day one – through setup, onboarding, strategic training sessions, and ongoing assistance – your personal CSM is there to help.

Learning & Development

The L&D team is responsible for training and development of all our users. This includes platform navigation, as well as strategic planning to support individual and company goals for ABM, ABSD, and more.

Customer Success Support

When one CSM isn’t enough, the Customer Success Support team provides technical support and resolves customer requests. They also assist with software integrations and account customization.
